Player complaints we are tracking, with our note on each

A running log of player complaints we have read, cross-checked against operator responses, and filed with our note on whether the matter is closed. The page exists to surface patterns, not to score operators. We update it monthly. Entries that get repeatedly cited or that show up across multiple operators are the ones worth reading first.

We track complaints from Reddit, AskGamblers, Trustpilot, regulator notices, and direct reader reports. Severity is our own read of how much money or trust was at stake. Status is what the operator did about it.

Hyperliquid bridge delay caused players to question 'instant withdrawal' framing

A small cluster of complaints in May 2026 where Hyperliquid Casino players framed bridge delays from Hyperliquid L1 to a CEX as operator slowness. Internal L1 withdrawals settle in seconds; the time-to-fiat depends on the bridge and CEX, neither of which is the operator's stack.

Source: X (Twitter) posts, May 2026

Our note: The operator did its job. Hyperliquid Casino settles internal balances instantly. Treat any bridge step as a separate piece of plumbing with its own service window.

VPN-based winnings confiscation cluster across three operators in May 2026

AskGamblers and Trustpilot saw a cluster of complaints in early May 2026 where players in restricted jurisdictions had winnings voided after VPN use was detected at withdrawal. Affected operators include two we cover plus one outside our list. The pattern is consistent: the deposit clears, play continues without challenge, the withdrawal triggers a geo-check, and the entire balance is voided.

Source: AskGamblers and Trustpilot cluster, May 2026

Our note: Operating as the T&Cs describe at every operator we checked. Do not use a VPN to access a site that has restricted your jurisdiction. The deposit clearing through does not constitute consent.

Rainbet level-up drop not credited until support ticket for several players

Several Rainbet players in April 2026 reported that their level-up cash drops did not credit automatically and required a support ticket to claim. Operator response was prompt once contacted; root cause was a backend job that did not run for a subset of accounts in a four-hour window.

Source: Reddit r/Rainbet, April 2026

Our note: Real bug. Resolved without dispute on every account we tracked. We have noted on the Rainbet review that drops occasionally need a nudge from support.

2026-04-08 Rollbit Resolved

Rollbit RLB unstaking cooldown caught players who expected instant withdrawal

Reddit posts in April 2026 about players staking RLB for the elevated rakeback tier, then finding the unstaking cooldown applied a 7-day delay on withdrawal of the staked amount. Operator's terms describe the cooldown clearly; complaint volume reflected players not reading the staking flow.

Source: Reddit r/Rollbit, April 2026

Our note: Working as documented. We have added a one-line warning to our Rollbit promo page about the cooldown on staked RLB.

2026-04-02 Razed Open

Razed withdrawal batches stretched to 4-6 hours during April 2026 site migration

Razed users reported batched payout windows shifting from same-day to 4-6 hour blocks during a platform migration in early April. The operator confirmed the migration but did not extend its published SLA. Our weekly tracker observed payout times moving from a 34-minute median in March to 46 minutes in mid-April.

Source: Discord and X posts, April 2026; cross-referenced with our payout-speeds tracker

Our note: Open. Razed sits at amber on our Withdrawal Confidence Index until the migration window ends and payout speeds return to the March band.

2026-03-18 Cloudbet Resolved

Cloudbet 5 BTC welcome cap rule misread by players staking smaller amounts

A handful of complaints in March 2026 from Cloudbet players who interpreted the 'up to 5 BTC' welcome bonus as a guaranteed match rather than a cap. Operator's bonus engine credited based on the smaller of the cap or the deposit-times-percentage, which is consistent with the published terms.

Source: Reddit thread, March 2026

Our note: Marketing reads more generous than the math. The headline is the cap, not the entitlement. Our Cloudbet review now leads with the math first, headline second.

2026-03-11 BetFury Partially resolved

BetFury BFG token redemption rate dispute: player claims rate dropped during withdrawal

An AskGamblers complaint in March 2026 alleging the BFG token conversion rate quoted at withdrawal initiation differed from the rate applied at execution by approximately 4%. Operator's response: rate is locked at execution, not at request, and the gap reflected the intra-day token move. No funds lost in absolute terms; player's expected USD payout dropped by 4%.

Source: AskGamblers ticket, March 2026

Our note: Predictable behaviour of a non-stable token redemption. Worth flagging in our BetFury review under 'native token risk'. The site does not lock the rate at request.

2026-03-04 Stake.com Resolved

Stake locks 4.8 BTC withdrawal for 19 days during AML review, then releases in full

A Reddit user posted a withdrawal request held under enhanced due diligence for nineteen days. Documents requested twice. Funds released in full on day 19 after the user posted publicly. Other commenters reported similar timing on amounts above 5 BTC equivalent during Q1 2026.

Source: Reddit r/cryptogambling discussion, March 2026

Our note: Released in full and within the operator's published AML window. We log it because nineteen days is at the high end of what we have seen at Stake, and the player did not get a clear ETA mid-process.

2026-02-19 Stake.us Resolved

Stake.us redemption cap surprise: two players hit weekly limit after a winning streak

Two Reddit posts in February 2026 about Stake.us applying its weekly Stake Cash redemption cap to players who had not previously encountered it during a winning streak. Operator confirmed the cap is published in T&Cs and applied as documented. No funds lost, only a delay to the following week's redemption window.

Source: Reddit r/sweepstakescasinos, February 2026

Our note: Operating as documented. Worth knowing about before a big session at Stake.us. The cap is in the T&Cs we link from our review.

2026-02-14 BC.Game Partially resolved

BC.Game voids bonus winnings citing 'irregular play' on max-bet rule

Multiple AskGamblers complaints in February 2026 cite voided winnings under BC.Game's max-bet-while-bonus-active clause. Operator reinstated balances for two complainants who provided session logs; declined a third where bet sizing showed a clear pattern of clearing through high-variance slots.

Source: AskGamblers complaint cluster, February 2026

Our note: The max-bet clause is real and enforced. Read it before claiming. We have reinstated the BC.Game match-deposit verdict to neutral pending the next snapshot.

2026-02-08 Duel Partially resolved

Duel tournament leaderboard adjustments after multi-account detection

A Duel slots tournament leaderboard was retroactively adjusted in February 2026 after the operator detected multi-account play among the top ten. Legitimate players whose rankings moved up after the adjustment received prizes; one player whose ranking dropped argued for review. Operator's stance on multi-account detection was upheld.

Source: AskGamblers thread, February 2026

Our note: Multi-account detection is a feature, not a bug. The complainant did not provide evidence of single-account play. Tournament leaderboards on every site we cover include this clause.

1xBet KYC document loop: multiple players report being asked for the same document up to five times

A persistent pattern through Q1 2026 of 1xBet KYC asking the same player for the same proof-of-address document repeatedly, each time rejecting the previous upload. AskGamblers handled at least eleven such tickets in January and February. Operator's stated reason is image-quality automated rejection; manual review on escalation usually clears the document.

Source: AskGamblers escalation cluster, Q1 2026

Our note: We have observed this pattern in our own signup test in March. Open. 1xBet stays on our watch list until the KYC loop is publicly addressed.

How this page works

What we log

A complaint goes on this page if we can verify (a) the operator named, (b) the player's account of what happened, and (c) the operator's response or lack of one. We do not publish anonymous or unverified claims. We do not log complaints that turn out to be the player misreading the T&Cs unless the pattern repeats across enough players to suggest the T&Cs are misleadingly written.

Severity scale

Low = funds released or the issue was confined to a single account with no broader pattern. Medium = pattern affecting multiple players or a delay above the operator's stated SLA. High = funds confiscated, sustained delay, or a regulatory action.

Status definitions

Resolved: operator addressed it, funds released, the underlying issue closed. Open: still in dispute or pattern still active. Partially resolved: operator addressed some complaints but not all. No response: operator did not engage with the complaint within 30 days.

How operators get off this page

An entry stays on the page once published. Open entries close when the underlying issue is resolved (which we log as a final update). Operators do not get their entries removed; transparency about historical disputes is the point. The page is permanent record, not active hit list.

Email [email protected] with a verified complaint we have not logged. Anonymous reports are not added; we need to verify the underlying account.
