Terms of service

By using this site, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Information on this site

Cryptotips publishes reviews, comparisons, and guides. Our content is informational, not legal or financial advice. You are responsible for checking whether gambling is legal where you live before you register at any operator.

Links to operators

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up and deposit through a link, we may earn a commission. See the affiliate disclosure.

Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate. Bonus amounts, promo codes, and licensing details can change at any time. Always confirm with the operator before you deposit.

Liability

Cryptotips is not liable for losses, financial or otherwise, resulting from your use of any operator listed on this site. Your relationship with the operator is governed by the operator's own terms.

Jurisdiction

These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the publisher's jurisdiction. Where a dispute is not resolved by support, the parties will use commercial mediation in good faith before any other proceeding.

Operators we cover, and countries we exclude

Cryptotips is selective about which operators qualify for a review. We do not accept, list, or promote any casino or sportsbook that targets players in Australia, the USA, India, the United Kingdom, or Germany. "Targets" here means any of the following: accepting registrations from those countries without a local licence, marketing in those countries, offering local-currency deposits, running campaigns in local languages aimed at those audiences, or paying affiliates to drive traffic from those geographies. If an operator does any of that, it is excluded from our rankings and from every comparison page on this site, regardless of its score on other criteria.

This is an editorial rule, not a legal one. It exists because those five markets are either regulated under a licensed-only regime or have explicit bans on unlicensed offshore operators, and we will not send readers to brands that work around those rules.

If you are a player based in Australia, the USA, India, the United Kingdom, or Germany, nothing on this site is directed at you and you should not register at any operator listed here. Local laws apply. We are not a guide for your market.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The revision date is shown at the bottom of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
